Alinor is an AI procurement compliance platform for the higher education sector.
We are looking for a professional with sales experience in the education space. In this role you will take part in our Business Development Team, focusing on cold outreach mainly by phone. Alinor is growing quickly, and you will be contacting various companies and organizations, making introductions, and setting up meetings. You will be an important driving force in reaching our user goals, identifying areas of critical need based on future growth, and developing roadmaps to attack those problems.
Contacting and establishing meetings with companies and organizations through phone, email, and LinkedIn
Ensuring that we are gaining a critical amount of users onto our platform
Providing a delightful customer experience, regardless of the situation
Building informal rapport with companies to encourage long-term relationships
Forecast along with the Business Development Team and hit goals according to organizational targets
Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in our CRM
You are intelligent and you get things done efficiently and accurately
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experienced and comfortable in doing cold outreach and cold calling
Experience in customer service or sales, mainly over the phone
Thrive on change and be comfortable with ambiguity and extremely fast-paced environments
Fluency in English both verbal and written is required
Other languages are a plus
