Job Description

ClearVoyage is a young Danish company within the maritime technology space. Our platform helps vessel operators manage their fleet more efficiently by enabling smooth administration, more transparency and increase teamwork.

To succeed in the developer role you need to be organized and driven, have proven skills in JS development, preferably having worked on a large TypeScript project. No previous experience in the maritime domain is needed, and as part of your onboarding you will get access to internal training courses to help you get up to speed on terminology and the platform use case.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features on our existing platform.

• Build and maintain internal and public API’s.

• Develop new integrations with third party services and internal tools.

• Provide code reviews and a helping hand to others within the team.

• Maintaining our AWS and CI/CD infrastructure.

Essential skills and expertise:

• 2+ years work experience with writing maintainable and well-tested JS apps.

• Being comfortable working with both frontend and backend code.

• Knowledge of database technologies.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Experience with React.

Additional preferred experience

• Having previously worked with TypeScript.

• Having worked with end-to-end testing frameworks.

• Experience working with API integrations, both the well-documented and the less so.

• Speed optimization on client and server level.
