Limepack is a fast-growing start-up in the printed packaging industry. We are on a mission to make custom takeaway packaging available for the many, and our vision is to become the biggest European platform selling custom branded food packaging. We are currently available in 14 countries and counting. Join our tight-knit team of 17 full-time and 4 student employees in our Copenhagen office, where English is the main language. As a Limepack Sales & Customer Success Manager you will play a key role in developing the French speaking markets, building relationships with customers, and converting leads by creating a need. You will gain valuable experiences within the field of sales management and digital marketing, working closely with 9 other account managers responsible for different countries who will help you get settled into your new role. Our open and friendly work environment will allow you to get insights to how our business is run, to be part of decision-making, and to have a lot of influence on growing the French-speaking markets but also on the overall sales strategy at the company.


Your responsibilities at Limepack: 

  • Inbound sales for our customers

  • Assisting existing and new customers, cross- and upselling to them

  • Create new sales opportunities by calling potential new customers

  • Convert leads to customers, and reactivate cold accounts 

  • Collaborate for success: work closely with the sales team, marketing team, product developers, and operations to provide the best customer experience 


Who are you? 

You are a curious, extrovert and sociable person who enjoys being a part of a team where the mind-set is to succeed in cooperation and to take on new challenges that could help the team grow stronger. You are a proactive caller and chatty on the phone. You are a fast learner and driven by dialogue and constructive criticism, while not being afraid to express your opinion or asking questions.


Your qualifications: 

  • You speak and write French at a native level and have excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • You have previous work experience in customer success or sales 

  • You are proactive and comfortable with taking and making sales calls

  • You are not afraid to accept assignments in new areas of work, and taking responsibility for these

  • You have basic computer skills, and you are quick at learning new IT systems

  • You are easygoing and eager to learn

The position is 37 hours with salary based on qualifications and previous experience. We have a union agreement with HK. The place of work is our office at Frederiksberg, with some flexibility to work from home when necessary. We are developing a new internal organisation to be available for customers from 8am to 6pm, and therefore are looking for someone who can work 9 to 5 or 10 to 6.

Limepack is a fast-growing scale-up in the packaging industry. We are working to become the biggest platform for buying and selling printed to go packaging in the EU. We are primarily working with products for the HoReCa segment such as paper cups, plastic cups and etc.. In an industry where sustainability is getting a growing focus, we are working on bringing more sustainable products to the market. We are a small company that loves to perform and work hard when we are at the office. It does not mean that we are not to have fun together at the office and outside of the office. We eat lunch together and on Fridays, we drink a beer at the end of the day.  Our HQ office is located in Copenhagen while has an office in Silkeborg as well.
