If you are passionate about online games and online communities, you will fit right in with our team. We are looking for someone to help us maintain goSupermodel, a virtual world/game with social networking features that holds a special place in many people's hearts.
goSupermodel is owned by Momio, a small tech company that operates a social media platform of the same name. Our team is based in Copenhagen, however we have employees working remotely from all around the world. Our platform is a place where teenagers and young adults can connect, make friends, and enjoy gaming together. While the gaming aspect is a key feature, the social and community elements are equally important to us.
We are looking for a team lead to work closely with our Inclusivity Group. Your main responsibilities are to coordinate the work of the Inclusivity group and ensure that diversity is a core element of the work we do and services we offer.
Identifying inclusivity and diversity gaps within the organisation.
Play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goals in this area and develop strategies to measure improvements.
Resource planning for projects including vacation/availability of team members.
Prioritise and keep track of important days and happenings that celebrate all.
Keeping in touch with IG members in the chat.
Setting up news posts in our system.
Coordinating new and existing projects with all other teams such as campaign team, dev team and admin team.
Writing documentation and guidelines as needed.
Scheduling to-do’s with detailed explanation & deadlines.
Being available for our Inclusivity Group members in general.
Following up on both the performance of the team and performance and execution of projects.
Displays knowledge about diversity leadership
Likes communities and game design
Has experience working with online communities, online gaming or similar fields.
Has a collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
Is structured and has an independent work style with excellent time management skills.
Excellent written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Is a native-level English speaker and at least 18 years of age to apply for this position.
Having experience working with a group of volunteers is a plus.
A part-time job in a dynamic international team.
