Firstly, nice to meet you and our apologies for this late introduction. We are PreSeed Ventures and one of Denmark’s leading early-stage venture funds. For more than two decades, we have fostered, and funded the journeys of +450 tech entrepreneurs.

As a venture house we have a passion for entrepreneurship, daunting ideas, and the desire to shape the future. We count more than 25 heads working together under the same roof on a daily basis – and right now we’re looking to add another face to our tribe. We’re looking for a new Marketing & Communications Assistant (15-20 hours/week) to support and develop PSV’s strong position and edge in the startup ecosystem. If the thought of working closely with some brilliant, edging on mad, minds and learning about the technology of the future sparks an interest in you – and you can combine it with an instinct for writing and creating engaging content, you might be the perfect addition to our team.

Marketing & Communications Assistant

Your main task will be to create sharp and creative content to engage the Danish startup community across different platforms and types of media, such as press releases, blog posts, email marketing, and SoMe.

You will primarily be working with classical communication disciplines such as PR, and digital marketing, but your role will offer opportunities across a wide range of tasks and responsibilities within communication, brand activation, and community building, that can help you develop and shape your professional profile.

You will become part of a tight-knit team with high spirit, can-do attitude, strong motivation for continued learning and development, and enthusiasm for trying out new, crazy ideas.

Whether you are currently studying for your BA or Master’s is not important to us. What we do expect from you, though, is:

• You are passionate about communication and using it to build a strong brand.

• You are a skilled writer who can bring our “tone of voice” to life and create engaging content with a breath of character and personality.

• You have digital flair, are data-driven, and maybe even have some experience with marketing already.

• You are bursting with ideas and itching to bring them to life. But even when you get lost down the road of deep, deep work, you get lost with extraordinary attention to detail, thoroughness, and structure.

• You have well-developed self-insight and awareness of your personal strengths as well as areas for continued development.

If you’ve got an eye for visuals and know your way around, Figma, photoshop, InDesign, video editing and the like, it’s just a plus.

You’ll fit right in, if you like to have your lunch with a side of engaging conversation, and if you appreciate the occasional moments of debriefing with your colleagues on a Friday afternoon.

Most importantly, you are full of initiative and curiosity, and are ready to embark on the infamous steep learning curve.
