This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers – and prospective customers - gain insight into the features and benefits of the Kodiak Hub platform. The most crucial part is to develop & deploy knowledge management assets and trainings so that our customers gain the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively onboard, deploy and gain value from the Kodiak Hub
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
3-4 years of experience working in a Tech company with Product Communication and/or Learning & Development.
Proficiency in Power Point and other presentation software, Video and Photo Editing, webinar and Virtual meeting Platforms (adding a portfolio or example material is highly appreciated)
Documented Project Management Skills.
Strong ability to translate strategy into ”how-to” execution.
High problem-solving & prioritization capability.
Detailed and Quality oriented.
Excellence in stakeholder management & communication.
Proficiency in English and one more language.
Plan, design and develop clear and compelling communication about current and new features and benefits of the platform
Collaborating with product owners, tech, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand product features and benefits and effectively communicate them to target audiences.
Communicate new or upcoming features effectively at each release, internally and externally.
Identifying knowledge & training gaps within the customer base and developing strategies and plans to address them.
Plan, designing and deploy training programs for customers to enhance their skills and knowledge related to the platform
Creating training materials, such as presentations, white papers, manuals, videos, and online courses from feature requirements and user stories.
Delivering training sessions through various mediums, including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics and making adjustments as needed.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continually improve training programs.
