We make online growth easy for restaurants with our AI-powered all-in-one sales and marketing solution that connects restaurants’ online ordering, reviews, and marketing under one platform. We’re operative in Finland and Estonia, and we are just getting started. To date, we have partnered and integrated with 10+ platforms including Wolt, Foodora, Google, and Meta.

About the role 😎

We are looking for a Launcher to join our growth team and help us reach 500+ restaurant partners by the end of the year.

Your role as a restaurant Launcher is to recruit, train, and support restaurants and help Munchi to enter new markets. Your battlefield? The rapidly evolving restaurant industry. Your weapons? A blend of strategic sales initiatives, deep market insights, and a passion for building enduring partnerships with restaurants.

What you will do 🙌

• Proactively reach out to potential restaurant partners to expand our network

• Manage and update our CRM

• Prepare and distribute partnership proposals

• Research and evaluate competitors

• Work together with the restaurant partners helping them boost their sales, operations, and marketing

• Learn the secrets of the restaurant industry and experiment with different ideas

What we are looking for 👀

• A generalist with a strong background in sales/growth

• Experience working with startups is seen as a plus

• Ability to take ownership of Munchi's growth engine

• Be confident and a social person with excellent networking skills

• Have the ability to persuade and negotiate

• Have fluent English communication and writing skills. Finnish is seen as a plus.

• Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines

• Living in the Helsinki metropolitan area is required as you will be visiting and meeting restaurants frequently

Compensation 🤑

• Base salary + 40% sales commissions

• Stock options and performance-based bonuses available for this position
