Thanks to our recent investment round from a Dutch VC, we are rapidly expanding across Europe. The team currently consists of +30 talented colleagues.
Be the first Operations Lead Manager at Kanpla, contributing to how we deliver outstanding service to customers nationally and internationally.
Work closely with Kanpla's management and participate in the customer strategy.
Play a key role in operations with a focus on onboarding new and existing customers.
Lead the support team.
Have optimization of onboarding, product, and processes as a significant part of your performance.

Ambitious and motivated: Ready to face challenges, grow, and take Kanpla's support team, service, and onboarding processes to the next level.
Structured and analytical: Structured in your approach and have the product's development in mind through customer feedback.
Fluent in English: English-speaking, suitable as a professional skill.
Fluent in Danish: Danish speaking as native language or high fluent level.
Tech Savvy: Have a flair for IT and are curious about a deeper understanding of Software.
