Position Overview

As a software engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality product quickly while building a robust technical foundation for scaling the platform and the team.

We have thousands of businesses using our product. You will be responsible for making sure that our software is well-tested at all times, so our delivery speed and product quality can remain high and we can focus on high-value features rather than fixing bugs.

We are a dynamic product team and we expect you to make your own decisions on how to best implement software and push back if you feel like the feature or product should go in a different direction.

We focus on delivering customer value and expect you to do the same. Customers are successful with our product when we deliver value, and we care about making our customers successful.

Requirements

  • Experience with React

  • Experience with NodeJS

  • Experience with MongoDB

  • Positive, optimistic, and get-shit-done attitude

  • Interested in solving real and valuable problems for customers

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment

  • Interested in constantly improving personally and as a team


Bonus points

  • Experience working with CI/CD

  • Experience with GraphQL

  • Experience with Jenkins

  • Experience with AWS


Location and Compensation

Our office is in Island Brygge, Copenhagen. This is where you will be located.

We value our strong in-office culture. Our team enjoys coming in, but everybody has the flexibility to work remote, and generally design their work so it fits the individual lifestyles.

Our compensation package is competitive, and we offer an attractive warrants / stock program.


Hiring Process

  1. Screening interview to determine if it’s mutually interesting. (30 minutes)

  2. Culture fit interview to determine if you fit our culture. (1 hours)

  3. Focused interview to dig into your software skills (1 - 3 hours)

  4. Meet another team member or two (30 minutes)

  5. Reference interview
