Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key clients on a global scale.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Client Director/Key Account or similar role in SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Being proficient in English
