KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish briefs, processes, playbooks, templates, and execute marketing projects as a hands-on leader, strategist, and individual contributor.

  • Run and manage hyperpersonalized outbound email campaigns aimed at reaching potential clients, partners, and Influencers / Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). 

  • Build automated workflows with integrations in Clay, ChatGPT, Make.com, Phantombuster, Expandi, Airtable, Google Sheets, Lemilist, etc to content production and omni-channel distribution.

  • Build playbooks for awareness, education, experience, discovery, and adoption our product

  • Develop a shortlist of growth initiatives across the funnel (Top, Middle, and Bottom of the Funnel) to convert different types of stakeholders

  • Run various UGC campaigns from start to finish aimed at exposure to developer communities, influencers, and content creators.

  • Implement tracking, analytics, dashboards, and conversion tracking tools across campaigns

  • Forecast targets and measure success for developer content creation, developer acquisition, and developer engagement targets across channels.

  • Oversee marketing P/L and report on financial impact/outcomes of spend allocation

  • Define growth goals and KPIs per campaign

  • Generate weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting metrics and outlining growth


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 5+ years of experience in a related role and in the startup space (Preferably Saas or AI).

  • Demonstrate a portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.

  • Experience automating tasks and implementing workflows using API integration tools such as Zapier, Make, Integrately, etc

  • Proven expertise in implementing automation into marketing initiatives, online strategies, user experience, and/or business development.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics and trends to generate creative ideas.

  • Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.

  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.

  • Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.

  • An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.


EXTRA POINTS (but not required):

  • Management experience (Employees, Contractors, Virtual Assistants, Interns, etc)

  • Specialization in more than one channel including (Paid Acquisition, Email Marketing, Process Automation, etc)

  • Budgeting experience on a project-level basis
