Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the founders in day-to-day planning, implementation and execution.

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support business decisions.

• Facilitate communication between different departments and external stakeholders.

• Participate hands-on in commercial activities with a focus on sales and marketing.

• Participate in stakeholder activities, including preparing presentations and meetings.

• Represent Holdbar at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic background, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience from management consultant, or within a commercial role at another startup or scaleup. 

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

• Passion for the technology and experience industry.

• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment is a plus.
