This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned HR Manager / People Partner to join our team. You will be instrumental in supporting our growing workforce and contributing to our ongoing success.
The work will primarily take place in the European time zone.
You will be reporting to the CFO and will be the first dedicated HR resource in the company. This means that you will have a broad set of responsibilities and a big impact in this area.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Lead performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans.
Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with our values and promotes diversity and inclusion.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
Design and administer compensation and benefits programs.
Carry out HR operations, including owning all employee data, contracts, and HR admin
Provide strategic leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations together with our EOR partners.
Offer guidance and support to the management team on HR-related matters.
Drive continuous improvement in HR policies and practices.
Perform ad-hoc functions or participate in projects that may be assigned by the management

Proven track record of both strategic planning and hands-on HR management.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a smaller fast-growing company
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
