As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to lead our partnerships in Europe!


As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of our partnerships in the hospitality industry, from initial identification to ongoing relationship management within Europe. The partnerships will be a mixture of technology partnerships (PMS, S&C, RMS) as well as demand partnerships (marketplaces, OTAs, etc.) This is a new role in our company, so you have the room and possibility to build our end-to-end partnership approaches in Europe. Worry not; we already have great partnerships in line. This role can be based anywhere in Europe, ideally in the Nordics. We expect you to enjoy traveling - you will visit our partners when needed and be present at our industry events. 🌍

In this role, you will 

  • be responsible for the complete lifecycle of partnerships in Europe, from initial identification to ongoing relationship management and overseeing the integration of our software with partner platforms.

  • build and maintain strong relationships with current and new key stakeholders in partner organizations.

  • closely collaborate internally with our product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation, integration, and execution of partnerships.

  • lead all partnership agreements in Europe.

  • evaluate the performance of our partnerships by utilizing data and insights.

  • be proactive and follow hospitality tech industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

  • represent MeetingPackage at hospitality industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


You'll feel at home if you

  • have strong experience in end-to-end partnership management within the European market'shospitality industry.

  • have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to drive negotiations in all organisational levels. 

  • are driven by results, and you have concrete examples from your experience of achieving and exceeding partnership targets and goals.

  • prefer a role where you can take take your own initiative and drive partnerships as the only expert.

  • enjoy working with people in a diverse environment where ownership, trust, and collaboration are expected from everyone. 

  • are tech-savvy and comfortable e.g., from explaining how integrations and APIs work to utilizing automation at work where needed, be it our CRM tools and other relevant software.

  • able to travel monthly as needed (Europe – US - Asia).

  • are based in Europe, ideally in the Nordics.

  • communicate fluently in English. Any of the following languages are seen as a plus: Finnish, Swedish, German, French or Spanish.
