Wee are preparing for scaling up our partnership based B2B sales strategy for our prefabricated solar unit for flat and green rooftops, with a focus on the DACH region. Responsibilities
Positioning of Over Easy Solar in core markets Germany, Switzerland, Austria (DACH), and other European countries
Development of partnerships with solar installers, solar equipment distributors and roofing companies
Planning and execution of sales and marketing activities, visibility at exhibitions and in relevant media
Development of guidelines, documentation, sales and planning tools, including software and integrations for internal use and as support for our partners and customers
Building further on our sales tools (Hubspot) and sales strategies
Customer-oriented and data driven B2B sales of our product
Planning for a sales expansion including recruitment of local sales representatives in our future markets
The position reports to our Chief Executive Officer
We are looking for a person with some of the following qualifications
You have a strong desire to make an impact and contribute to accelerating the energy transition
You efficiently build trust with people through conversation and dialogue
You like innovation and see opportunities where new products meet new markets
You know how to build a “sales machine”, using CRM tools and structured sales strategies
You work systematically to reach long term goals
Experience with sales, preferably within solar energy, building materials or electrical equipment
An international mindset and openness to work with people of different backgrounds
Fluency in other languages in addition to English is a strong advantage, especially German
Both senior and junior candidates will be considered, and responsibilities can be adapted to the candidate

We have 21 commissioned or sold installations in 7 different European countries as of now. We are planning to increase our footprint and grow sales in Northern Europe, and the DACH region.
