As a core team member, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and other Engineering team members, contributing to the establishment of the technological foundations that will drive our company's growth. This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to manage a small team and work independently when needed.

What You'll Do:

• Developing our cloud-based solution that powers the future of corporate catering, purpose-built for business.

• Create custom solutions tailored to our unique needs utilizing open-source frameworks

• Actively participate in agile meetings and meet-ups, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Operate, monitor, and optimize our live environment to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Tackle challenging technical problems related to corporate catering scalability, supporting our rapid growth.

• Collaborate closely with founders, operation team members, and the engineering team to align our efforts in building the right solutions.

• Solving complex technical challenges and contributing to meaningful software development.

• Improve our user experience by enhancing the capability and efficiency of our systems and products, informed by research, data, and metrics.

• Shape the team's direction and outcomes by sharing ideas for product improvement, technology advancement, and process enhancement.

  
  

What You Have:

• Knowledge of professional software development, software design patterns, DDD, BDD, clean code, and test-driven development

• Proficiency in PHP 8, Composer, Twig, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Git, and Docker

• Experience with Sylius framework and/or Symfony is a significant advantage

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on producing quality documentation

• A flexible growth mindset, a thirst for learning, and an ability to adapt to new challenges

• Understanding of the importance of maintaining a healthy team culture and a commitment to personal and professional growth

• A flexible and pragmatic disposition that can adapt to evolving needs

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Amazon AWS

• Frontend skills such as Vue.JS, Angular, React

• Experience working within FoodTech or the hospitality industry
