We are seeking a Test Manager for a long-term transformation project.

The work is done remotely, but the candidate should be preferably based in Finland or the EU region.

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning and leading test execution for global templates and pilots. You will also play a key role in contributing to the development of a cutting-edge testing concept for future roll-outs in our transformation project. You will also develop comprehensive test plans, lead a talented testing team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve testing objectives. The ideal candidate is proficient in:

• Test Management, with a track record of successful project delivery.

• Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a testing team.

• ERM & MES systems.

• SAP

• Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices (preferably MicroFocus ALM or similar).

• Client-focused with the ability to address feedback and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Test automation.

• Communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
