Arctic15 and Nordic Deep Tech Business summit are our two major annual events where we bring together a diverse group of entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders to share their experiences, insights, and knowledge about the latest trends and opportunities in the startup ecosystem.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Event Trainees for diverse roles across various event departments including program management, sales, production, content creation etc. In these positions, you will be able to get hands-on training in the planning, coordination, and execution of events of different sizes & formats. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced event professionals and learn the ins and outs of both startup ecosystem & event management in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment. Production
Assist in the planning and coordination of various aspects of events, including logistics, timelines, and vendor management.
Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for event support roles.
Program
Supporting the program manager in recruiting, managing speakers and finalizing the program of the event.
Help with attendee communication and participation throughout the event.
Content
Assist in the creation of written, visual, and multimedia content for various event platforms, including social media, event websites, and promotional materials.
Identify and create partnerships with community stakeholders that align with the goals and values of events i.e. community partnership management
Sales
Provide support to the sales team in their daily operations, which include direct sales activities and communicating with customers.
Help in managing sales data, compiling sales progress reports, and maintaining other related sales records and documentation.
Help with partner communication and participation throughout the event.
General responsibilities include
During the event days - helping with the coordinating on-site logistics, including setup and teardown, registration and other production related tasks.
Gathering and analyzing feedback from event attendees and providing recommendations for future events
Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance event experiences.
Help with office practicalities and any ad hoc tasks.

Strong organizational and project management skills
Skills related to the interested event departments i.e. sales experience if you are applying for Sales Trainee roles.
Good knowledge (or interested to learn about) of the event planning and coordination process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of (or interested to learn about) the startup ecosystem
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Finnish and Swedish as an additional advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, tools and trends in the event and tech industry
This is an on-site role, and the candidate must be present at our office to carry out the job responsibilities.

The salary range for this role is €1300 - €1500/month depending upon your experience. The ideal start date would be the 5th of February, but can be negotiable.
