🤩 The role: Go-To-Market Analyst

We are looking for a Go-To-Market Analyst for our Swedish market, part-time.

You are likely studying at a business school in Copenhagen such as CBS, and want a student job that gives you a great boost in your career.

This is a unique opportunity, where you’ll be in charge of All Gravy succeeding in Sweden. We’re already live with our first customer, and are now looking to land and expand.

You’ll be responsible for business development including outbound emailing to Sweden (i.e. cold canvassing), creating partnerships to drive opportunities, supporting Swedish customers and joining the operations team to work on business as usual (at All Gravy, it’s hardly business as usual though) and take charge of long-term operations projects.

This role requires you to roll up your sleeves, work hard, and want to take responsibility for part of a country launch – with great support from Operations and Commercial.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who sees things through from start to finish, and who learns from every mistake.

While this is a student role, we expect you to be able to take on full responsibility of projects end-to-end. You will have help & mentorship from both our Head of Operations & Strategy (who will be your direct reporting line) and our CEO.

All Gravy is evolving at a high pace and therefore many new tasks both in terms of scaling the commercial team, and delivering on customers / product creates tasks that require a strong thinker & executor.

 

😎 The job and responsibilities

Daily activities include:

  • Pipeline Generation:
    • Sourcing leads and researching new prospects to target
    • Reaching out to these leads with a multi-channel approach (think LinkedIn, phone, e-mails)
    • Generating qualified meetings for Account Executives – and participating for learning opportunities
    • Ensuring a smooth handover process from SDR to AE
    • Finding any ways possible to get into new opportunities (CHAT-GPT assisted? Loom? Experiment!)
  • Travel to Sweden (on us) for conferences, customer onboarding, sales meetings: Whatever is required for you to succeed in helping All Gravy gain traction in Sweden
  • Own Sweden as a country – you’re our go-to guy/girl when it comes to anything related to Sweden (from admin, to sales, to culture)
  • Developing & implement processes across a range of areas, as needs arise

Who are you?

You have great energy, a good sense of humour & you love to hit targets. You should enjoy working in the dynamic startup environment, like to make sales happen and be a team player.

We look for employees who like being part of a team, are real team players, and have a mindset of learning & growing.

We expect you to:

    • Speak and write Swedish & English fluently
    • Have some sales experience or the willingness to get into an outbound sales environment
    • Need to have: Some previous work experience, with ‘real’ responsibilities
    • Nice to have: B2B sales experience within SAAS / software sales
    • Be ambitious - you love hitting targets and are able to self-motivate!
    • Be bold - you’re not afraid to pick up the phone to get to tell people about All Gravy
    • Have excellent communication skills
    • Take responsibility for projects end-to-end
    • Like executing on projects and tasks
    • Have a good sense of humour - be willing to contribute to this being a fun place to work
    • Be excited about building a big company from a small starting point, and want to grow personally on the way there
    • Be able to work at our office in Central Copenhagen (though we operate with a hybrid model, so you are free to choose to work remotely some days as well)
