Pistachio is the first and only fully automated and personalized cybersecurity awareness training and attack simulation platform. Our platform sends attacks and training directly to employees’ inboxes, and adjusts to each user’s needs, all without an IT admin having to do a thing. We are also the first and only product in this space to offer an online signup. Our offices are located in central Oslo, and we are currently about 30 employees and growing!
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, well-organized team player to join our commercial team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to drive outreach to executives across Scandinavia and Europe. This role will be vital in building pipeline and revenue for the company. The ideal candidate is a curious, self-starter who is dedicated to their team and achieving their personal goals.
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage with potential leads through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
Research and target accounts and decision-makers within organizations.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for our sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
English (Business Level or Fluent)
A Scandinavia language is a plus
