About the Position:

You will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth plans. With a current team of nine dedicated individuals, we are poised for expansion and require a financial strategist who can secure financing through loans, public funding, and private capital.

We are looking for a person with some of the following qualifications:

• Master degree in finance and/or accounting.

• Strong passion for accelerating the energy transition and sustainability.

• Innovative thinker who identifies and acts on opportunities.

• Creative problem solver with a long-term vision.

• International mindset and a willingness to work in a diverse team.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Strong skills in MS Excel, experience from other financial software and systems a plus.

Tasks can include, among others:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support our growth objectives.

• Secure financing through loans, public funding, and private capital.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape our long-term financial vision.

• Support our CEO in dialogues with investors, banks and our board.

• Improve financial controls, policies, systems, and reporting mechanisms.

• Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Ensure high quality in the periodic financial reporting to management, BoD and shareholders.

• Manage risk and ensure compliance with indirect and direct tax and regulations in countries where we are active.

• Manage the engagement with auditors, tax authorities and other relevant stakeholders.

The company was founded in January 2021, to develop a patent-pending solar unit that will greatly simplify solar installations on flat and green roofs. We have twelve running installations as of now and we have our first customers for full-scale deliveries in different countries in Europe.
