We are looking for a creative mind to join our team who can understand the entire process of design: define requirements, create graphic illustrations, layouts, support presentations, and photo editing for digital platforms. You will help shape and execute the visual aspects of the websites, online material, events, and more.

We hope your designs can communicate the right message- and you have a strong ability to translate the vision and requirements into design.

Description of Team Member tasks:

• Schedule projects and timelines

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas based on internal and client requests/ requirements

• Edit photos, create video inserts, and create images for Social Media channels

• Develop illustrations and designs by software, using appropriate colors and layouts

• Work with management and clients to amend designs after feedback and produce final designs

• Test graphics across various media

• Ensure final designs are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements and Skills:

• Completion or completing in the near future your Graphic Design education

• Self-motivated and self-organizing

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Need to live in and have a student status/work permit in Finland

• A portfolio of illustrations/ graphics/ editing to review

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (Canva, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Excellent communication

• Fluency in English and another Nordic Language a plus
