Are you ready to take on a key role in Sweden for Klar? We are looking for a Swedish Market Growth Manager to lead our ongoing strategic development in the Swedish market. This critical role presents a rare chance to be at the forefront of Klar's expansion in Sweden, with direct reporting to our C-level team based in Denmark.
As a global organization, Klar has an international presence with our production facilities and headquarters in Estonia, along with additional offices in Denmark (Copenhagen) and Sweden (Stockholm). In Sweden, your contribution will be pivotal in advancing Klar's established path. You will have the freedom to refine sales-driven strategies and the backing to execute them.
Although we are currently transitioning between offices, this role is based in Stockholm, and for the interim, some work from home may be necessary until we establish an ideal hub for our team there.
With Klar already operational in Sweden, this role is perfectly suited for someone with a strong background in sales, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at combining strategic planning with hands-on implementation and an entrepreneurial mindset. If you are prepared to embrace this sales-centric, challenging yet immensely rewarding opportunity, and are excited about driving Klar's commercial success in the Swedish market, we look forward to your application.
The importance of this role lies in building upon our existing strategy rather than initiating from scratch. Your commercial acumen will be pivotal, not only for reinforcing our presence in the Swedish market but also for ensuring our approach is both commercially sound and influential.
Market analysis: conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand the current landscape in Sweden. This involves closely monitoring and analyzing competitor performance. Use these insights to benchmark our strategies, thereby enhancing our own market presence and achieving comparable, if not superior, performance highs.
Growth hacking: use growth hacking techniques to build upon and elevate the company's existing initiatives, both organic and paid. Focus on identifying and capitalizing on additional market opportunities in Sweden. Suggest and implement innovative approaches for strategic improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth and market presence.
Revenue growth management: assume full responsibility for driving revenue growth, ensuring that marketing strategies are not only formulated but also effectively executed within the allocated budget. Establish clear and achievable targets for expected outcomes, including sales and market penetration goals (ensure production meets demand).
Sales targets and performance monitoring: define and implement monthly sales targets, monitoring performance closely to ensure consistent progress towards these goals.
Content optimisation: hands-on work to enhance the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion. This includes translating the website content into Swedish and adjusting it to align with Swedish culture and consumer preferences. Focus on making the website not only competitive in the market but also culturally resonant and user-friendly for Swedish customers.
Create engaging and market-specific content: produce visual content tailored to resonate with the Swedish market, coupled with the development of compelling and persuasive marketing materials specifically designed to appeal to the Swedish audience.
Be part of a global team: collaborate with global teams, including those in Denmark and Estonia, to leverage resources effectively.
