We do this by unifying & automating the work of collecting, coordinating, communicating & compounding sustainability accolades of businesses, both for the individual company, while connecting the collective ecosystem of e.g. hotels, marketplaces, certifiers & other stakeholders, all in one place.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Craft user-centric designs for our AI-powered sustainability platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX best practices.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to continually improve our product.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

YOU WILL THRIVE IF YOU:

• Have extensive experience (>5 years professionally) with contributing to the design of enterprise/B2B SaaS platforms whom are renowned for their top-quality UX/UI and successfully used by many users.

• While you have a quite capable skillset in UI design, you are first and foremost deeply specialized in the UX skillset (incl. user journey mapping, user research, user psychology & empathy, prototyping & testing).

• Know a lot about “what works” (and is best practice) and what doesn’t – so you can help us delivery quality UX to our users, efficiently

• Use “state of the art / cutting edge” techniques, tools, and design trends to ensure that our UX is as modern as our tech.

• Have a portfolio showcasing your UX design skills from successful cases.

• Are proficient in Figma, Jira, and Webflow.

• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Are capable in Web & light Frontend development (a plus rather than requirement).

• Are passionate about sustainability and tech innovation.
