Since our establishment in 2020, we've grown our yearly revenue to nearly €2M, served over 35,000 customers, and expanded to four markets. As we prepare for a major expansion to the UK, we're seeking for an inspired Design Lead to sparkle in a new era of user-friendly consumer law.

Your Role

As a Design Lead, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand and visual identity:

• Develop a compelling visual identity and a trusted consumer brand that resonates with users globally.

• Design user flows, wireframes, assets, and mock-ups for our online platform.

• Guide our brand growth, ensuring our visual identity aligns with our goals.

• Generate insights from data to understand the user journey and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand.

• Collaborate with our tech and marketing teams to identify areas of improvement and optimize user experiences.

• Design and create marketing assets, including landing pages and illustrations.

• Innovate, prototype, and launch fresh user experiences with our team.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to craft a compelling visual identity.

• Mastery of design practices and tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD/Figma/Sketch, etc. We are currently using Figma, but you’ll have your say in the matter.

• An eye for modern digital design with a knack for creating clean, aesthetically pleasing UX and UI.

• Demonstrated experience in UX and UI design for consumer web or mobile applications.

• A keen understanding of user behavior and data analysis. We base our opinions on the data but appreciate also when someone has opinions that can be the key to changing how we see the world.
