Green Planet Astronauts is creating a solution to climate crisis by transforming how kids are fed. We’re the Nordic's fastest growing food tech company in the kid’s food space with a mission to raise a planet-friendly generation. Our plant-based products are sold in 1500+ stores and through DTC subscription. Driven by product innovation and technology, the business has expanded to new markets and is on a 2M run rate within less than 4 years.
We are now looking for Head of Ecommerce to boost growth and build a stronger DTC platform. Main responsibilities include ensuring that our online sales are maximised through fast-paced testing, analysis and optimization, as well as driving platform development. We’re looking for a growth enthusiast with experience in hands-on performance marketing, ideally with at least some coding skills (PHP/Liquid).
Key responsibilities:
Owning the DTC platform, ensuring the right systems are in place to support growth and that it’s fully operational at all times.
Increasing conversion across website and digital marketing.
Ensuring revenue and business growth, customer satisfaction, engagement and loyalty.
Developing and executing strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the team.
Owning the performance marketing budget and activity (Paid Search, Paid Social), working closely with the marketing team to execute cross-channel campaigns to drive sales.
Constant testing and improving of user experience including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and campaigns.
Building and executing DTC development project .
Managing all aspects of web analytics related to Ecommerce and communicating relevant information to team members, board and investors.
Generating and updating annual P&L budgets and monthly forecasts.
Requirements:
Previous experience in managing Ecommerce for consumer products.
Sound technical knowledge across all aspects of Ecommerce, including website and marketing platforms and integrations.
Experience in working with WooCommerce and/or Shopify and Klaviyo.
An expert user of Google Analytics and other tools for gathering ecommerce performance data, and transferring that data into actionable CRO insights.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Fluent in Finnish and English.
