Join our commercial team as our very first Customer Success Manager

To strengthen our Commercial organization, we are now seeking our very first Customer Success Manager to join our team at Hakio. As an CSM, you will play a critical role in building our making our users succeed with Hakio and building lasting customer relationships. We are giving you the opportunity to shape the future of our company, and your work will directly impact our growth journey ahead of us. Together with our Head of Commercial and our tech team, you'll take the lead on onboarding and supporting our customers ensuring a seamless experience using Hakio.

What you'll do as a Customer Success Manager:

As a Customer Success Manager at Hakio, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.

• Assisting clients in configuring the Hakio software according to their needs.

• Providing technical guidance and support during onboarding to ensure a positive experience.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during the setup process.

• Acting as a liaison between clients and our product, engineering, and data science teams to address complex technical challenges.

• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Hakio software and its capabilities.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest product features and updates to effectively communicate them to clients.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

• A strong technical background with experience in software setup and configuration.

• Understanding of supply chain dynamics and challenges faced by inventory-carrying companies.

• Past experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a basic understanding of working with data.

• Strong business acumen to align technical solutions with clients' business goals.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, as you'll be building and operating independently.

• Eligibility to work from our office in Aarhus, Denmark.
