As a medical doctor with over 10 years of clinical experience and more than 8 years of involvement in startups and entrepreneurship, I have laid a strong foundation for MTLS Group ApS. However, to fully realize our potential, I am seeking a dedicated co-founder to spearhead business development, sales, and network building within the life science industry.

The position I offer is currently unpaid, but with the potential for early salary establishment through sales and exits, including the opportunity to obtain ownership in the company. Your role will be crucial in driving our success, encompassing tasks such as identifying new customers, establishing a robust customer pipeline, exploring investment opportunities, and managing customer relationships and stakeholders.

I am looking for an individual with a 'can-do' attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for business development and entrepreneurship. Optimism, along with a belief that actions speak louder than words, is key to thriving in our dynamic environment. Additionally, if you bring energy, extroversion (or high energy introvert), fluency in English, and are pursuing a business degree, you would be an ideal fit for our team.
