As Founders Associate, you have responsibility for supporting our founders with a variety of tasks and projects with the goal to help them manage and grow PlasticFri. You will get insight into all aspects of the business and work with all stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to learn how to run a scaleup, become a jack of all trades and learn by doing while growing into a more specialised senior role in the company.
The responsible may include:
Support with calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and handling other administrative tasks to optimize the founder's time
Handle communication with stakeholders, investors and partners and help creating presentations, investor updates and other communication materialĀ
Conduct market and industry research to provide insights that aid in decision-making
Manage special projects that will contribute to growth and development of PlasticFri; Ā create project plans, coordinate and ensure that projects meet targets and timelines
Assist with ongoing orders handling
Support with business development, assisting in building partnerships and exploring new opportunities
Assist with ongoing HR tasks & talent acquisition:
Ensure recruitment processes are created and support hiring managers in coordinating interviews, updating systems and make sure candidates have an excellent candidate experience
Help with website, career site and social media maintenance
Support with onboarding, making sure processes, equipment and plans are in place to provide a great first start for all new hires
Act as PlasticFri culture champion, initiate and manage events, celebrations, meetings, workshops and initiatives aiming to grow employee engagement and strengthening the culture
Assist with financial tasks such as forecasting, tracking and reporting as well as legal support when needed

In order to succeed in the role, we believe that you have:
Prior experience of working in a startup or fast-paced scale-up company
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Project Management experience, with a track record of manage projects, meet timelines and targetsĀ
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great people skills, enjoying networking and building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders
A solutions focus mindset, always looking for things to improveĀ
A high degree and interest in tech, being curious to learn new tools and software to make work more efficient and scalable
A genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation
Ability to work well in fast paced and changing environments and handle pressure
Fluent speaking and writing skills in Swedish and English

You will need to possess a valid work permit for working legally in the European Union and Sweden. For this role, fluent Swedish in speaking and writing is required.Ā
