Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be an integral part of our mission to enhance the golfing experience by ensuring customer satisfaction, facilitating user engagement, and building lasting relationships with our esteemed customers.
Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the seamless onboarding process, ensuring a positive introduction to Players 1st.
Product Expertise: Cultivate a deep understanding of Players 1st and its applications in the golf industry, providing effective support and education to customers.
Proactive Support: Initiate regular communication with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide proactive assistance.
Training and Workshops: Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers in leveraging Players 1st for maximum benefit.
Feedback Collection: Actively gather customer feedback and insights, collaborating with the product team to drive continuous improvement.
Account Management: Take charge of customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling as applicable.
Renewals and Retention: Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate customer renewals and implement strategies for enhanced customer retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
Fluency in English (other language is a plus)
Experience in the golf industry is a plus but not a requirement
