As soon as you start your new role as CTO in Candeno, you will be a crucial member of our executive team, working closely with them and our Lead Architect. Your role involves shaping and implementing our technical vision, ensuring a clear organizational and technical strategy to drive customer and business value. This includes actively contributing to commercial strategies that align with our technological innovations.
You will lead our development team and make sure that the team is focusing on the right strategic priorities.
Build and maintain a strong culture of teamwork and excellence in product development.
Actively engage in commercial activities, including participating in sales and partner meetings.
Collaborate with our Product Owner to plan and execute our roadmap.
It would be an advantage if you have an interest in one or more of the following areas: IT Administration. Cyber Security, Data processing/GDPR, DevOps/Server Architecture

The first three month
We will spend the first three months giving you a thorough insight into our business strategy, our processes and your new role.
Working closely with our Lead Architect and Founder, Frederik Stenberg, you will get a good idea of the opportunities and challenges facing the development department. The two of you will spend time establishing your working relationship, and Frederik will make sure you have a deep understanding of the work you will be doing.
We will make sure that you are fully integrated as an equal part of our executive team. We will give you the best conditions to develop the strategy and define the direction of the development department in the future.
By spending a lot of time with your new colleagues and team, we make sure you have the best possible understanding of how the department works: From the systems and tools to the different people, so you can be an excellent people manager in no time.
Within the first 6 month
As you attend your first business meetings, you'll show that you're a natural at translating complex technology into business value. You have the ability to make complex functionality look simple.
You will have taken over the development department, and with your curious, ambitious and energetic attitude, you will bring new initiatives to make the department shine even brighter.
Within the first year
You will set ambitious goals for yourself and the development department. Your innovative mindset, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit will drive the best work of your career.
