As a Digital Designer at Swap Language, you will gain hands-on experience in conceptualizing, designing, and producing compelling visual assets for our product, and you will have the opportunity to be a part of a creative team that values user-centered design and innovation.

What you will work with:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and prototype on various visual materials as part of the Swap Language product and visual identity creation.

• Produce high-quality sketches, wireframes, and mock-ups at different fidelity levels.

• Modernize, research, and design future generations of the Swap Language products.

• Collaborate with the product team to shape customer needs through design solutions using Design Thinking methodology.

• Collaborate closely with development teams during prototyping and UI component building.

• Ensure that all digital designs align with the company's branding, style guidelines, and internal design system.

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the design process.

• Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet business objectives.

What we require of you:

• A strong work ethic and the ability to take the lead on your tasks.

• Proficiency in design-related tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Skills in interaction design and graphic design are an additional advantage.

• Hands-on experience in crafting user-friendly and intuitive user interface solutions.

• Deep understanding of various user experience methods and their best practices.

• Experience with digital systems and the ability to work within an established design system and follow design guidelines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly, generating outstanding and innovative ideas.
