You will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic partnerships and business opportunities. You will work closely with our CEO and Founder to bring our vision to life by expanding our global footprint and fostering innovation in the deep tech sector.

What will be your responsibilities?
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company's vision and long-term goals. Collaborate with the CEO to set clear objectives for growth.
Target Identification: Identify potential targets and partners in R&D, semiconductor, optics, photonics, emerging applications domains through in-depth market research and analysis.
Outreach and Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential targets and partners. Conduct outreach through various channels, including email, phone calls, and meetings.
Value Proposition Presentation: Present ATLANT 3D's value proposition and technological innovations to potential partners. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each target.
Negotiation and Agreement: Engage in negotiations to finalize agreements and partnerships. Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's mission.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped to effectively engage potential targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key sales and outreach metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Provide regular reports and insights to the CEO.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update outreach strategies to adapt to changing market dynamics and improve the efficiency of the outreach process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
Proven track record in business development and achieved results vs. targets.
Must have experience from one of following industries - R&D, semiconductor, optics, photonics, and emerging applications domains through in-depth market research, analysis and traction.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of market trends and competitors.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align business development efforts with long-term goals.
Results-oriented and highly motivated.
Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the R&D, semiconductor, optics, photonics, emerging applications sectors.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
A strategic thinker who can align business development efforts with ATLANT 3D's long-term vision.
Results-oriented with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
Proficient in data analysis and the use of analytics to inform decision-making.
A team player with the ability to lead and mentor a team of Sales Representatives.
