What are we looking for?

We are looking for motivated and proactive IT Consultants to join our Customer Succes team to further advance our vision. We are both looking for IT Consultants for our Danish office and working remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Denmark or Germany.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute software implementation projects, encompassing both planning and technical aspects.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer and partner consultations.

  • Undertake support activities, ensuring smooth product use.

  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution presentations.

  • Assist in sales activities, targeting customer and partner acquisitions.

  • Play an integral role in our software’s evolution – from requirement collection to coordination with our development team.


Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Terms like XML, XPath, SQL, and PDF are no foreign words to you.

  • Training or studies with an IT focus are an advantage (e.g. a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, MIS, or a related field that blends IT and business).

  • Prior experience in IT consultation is a plus.

  • Proficient understanding of project management.

  • Excellent customer service skills and confidence in client interactions.

  • Proficiency in software tools like JIRA, Confluence, ZOHO Product suite and MS 365 is plus.

  • Familiarity with IBM Power Systems, web services, and cloud environments is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English, as English is our central communication language.
