Job Description: 

We are seeking an organized Production & Procurement Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. This is a junior role where you will serve as a linchpin by coordinating the work between our production och purchasing department. The assignment includes production planning, inbound goods management, supplier coordination, inventory monitoring, and upholding stringent quality control standards. Additionally, you will actively support our procurement specialist in order placement and fostering effective supplier communication.

Core Responsibilities:

• Optimizing production processes in line with demand forecasts, scheduling activities, and managing resources for efficiency while minimizing costs.

• Ensuring all essential tools, instructions, and workspaces are available to support production operations.

• Adapting to changing methods as sales grow and contributing to future workflow improvements.

• Monitoring inventory levels, proactively identifying low-stock items, and aiding in timely restocking.

• Collaborating with the procurement specialist to place orders and maintain supplier communication.

• Sharing findings and recommendations with other departments for process enhancement.

• Fostering daily communication with the sales and logistics teams to promote a collaborative work environment.

  
  

Qualifications:

It is mandatory that you are fluent in both written and oral Swedish and English. There is also an advantage if you have experience from working in production and/or procurement. Besides that, we will assess candidates based on their interpersonal skills. We are looking for an individual who possess:
