We're looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our reach in the market.

You will play a pivotal role in the development of our sales and product strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Identify and target potential clients in the medium-sized business segment, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.

  • Lead negotiations and close deals, fostering long-term relationships with clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the needs of potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop materials and strategies that support business development efforts.

  • Provide insights to the product development team based on client feedback and market trends to help tailor our offerings.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

  • Represent Luminy at industry events, conferences, and networking events.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in business development or sales, preferably in the SAAS tech, debt recovery, or financial services industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
