We're looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our reach in the market.
You will play a pivotal role in the development of our sales and product strategy.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and target potential clients in the medium-sized business segment, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Lead negotiations and close deals, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the needs of potential clients.
Collaborate with the CEO to develop materials and strategies that support business development efforts.
Provide insights to the product development team based on client feedback and market trends to help tailor our offerings.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Represent Luminy at industry events, conferences, and networking events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in business development or sales, preferably in the SAAS tech, debt recovery, or financial services industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
