As we ramp up our technology driven global business in with recurring revenue from major infrastructure companies, we are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer with experience in web development. Ultimately, your core responsibility will be for the development of a SaaS solution integrating ML workflows for Geophysical and Geological modelling. The right candidate is expected to have 5+ years’ experience and will work closely with internal and external user groups to revolutionise the use of Geophysics and Geotechnics in geological mapping and infrastructure design.

Key responsibilities:

• You’ll work closely with internal and external users to design and implement modernised approaches to Geoscientific data visualisation and ML analysis

•  Build new services and features

• Monitor and enhance performance profiling

• Collaborate across teams and companies within Geoscience to create the best possible product for users

• Prototype and develop core functionality of a web based SaaS solution

Core competencies:

We have a modern tech stack, and you’ll have the opportunity to sculpt this based on experience and suggestions, though the right candidate must have good knowledge of:

• React

• Javascript

• Django / Django rest framework

• Docker stack

• Google Cloud Services (e.g GCS compute engine)

• PostgreSQL

Could be beneficial with experience with the following, or similar to:

• Plotly

• Unit testing (e.g nose2)

• PostGIS

• Open layers

• pyproj
