About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Fullstack Engineer for Dr Hud, building our tested BETA into a product to extend and scale. You’ll work in a high-paced setting with a tight-knit team based in central Stockholm. We are recently funded + growing, and we compensate for our current being small by working hard and smart. We are looking for you who are a natural-born problem solver and feel equally comfortable writing code, fixing a confusing UX, and getting team members instantly 20% more productive with a new co-pilot tool. You know when to test something new VS going for something proven, and embrace new AI / ML tools with enthusiasm.

Who we are

We’re on a mission to improve healthcare. Our yet small team, board, and backers include people who have built and scaled decent businesses in key positions, including Healthtech startups Kry, Doctrin, Mindler, Medoma and Doktor.se, and we have support from Sting Accelerator, Vinnova, ALMI, and KI Innovations. With Dr Hud, we hope to take those learnings, work hard, and build our best venture yet.

What you’ll do

• Feature development with an emphasis on scalability, making sure our code base delivers real value to users, with very high standards

• Promote and work on technical improvements as you see necessary, and work together with other engineers to establish good practices

• Proactively work with new AI/ML/data frameworks to serve our stakeholders externally and in team

• Thoroughly test your code to ensure we can continuously deploy our code safely

• Collaborate with peer developers on tasks, estimate and plan work together

Likely background

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field

• Experience working with CI/CD

• Experience with our stack (Nextjs, Postgres, Google Cloud, Tailwind, GitHub Actions)

• Proven, concrete track record of executing at a high level with high output

• Experience in a team that has gone from early stage to scale is a strong plus

• So is experience and/or interest in health and healthtech
