We are currently searching for a Transition Project Manager for a client project.

What you will do:

• Manage the transition of a large-scale system and IT infrastructure project from the development phase to the operational phase

• Coordinate with the project stakeholders, such as the project sponsor, the project team, the vendors, the end-users, etc.

• Ensure the quality, scope, budget, and schedule of the project are met and aligned with the project objectives and expectations

• Identify, mitigate, and resolve any risks, issues, or challenges that may arise during the transition phase

• Monitor and report the progress and status of the project to the relevant parties

• Provide guidance and support to the project team and the end-users during the transition phase

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing system and infrastructure projects, especially in the transition phase

• Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Ability to handle complex and dynamic situations and adapt to changing requirements

Location and work method: Hybrid, some on-site work days at client office (Helsinki, metropolitan area) needed according to project situation and agreement. Therefore we can only accept candidates who are located in Finland.
