Workjoy is on a mission to make everyone love Mondays as much as Fridays. The best way to do that is to help leaders be more present and connected to their team. That is what we have build Workjoy for - a team collaboration tool with best leadership practices included.

But we need you to grab their attention with smooth and delicious product videos so they know how best to use our platform to lead well.

About the position

At Workjoy we are on a mission to make work more joyful. Our goal is that every employee should look equally forward to Fridays and Mondays. We believe that the best way to do this is by providing overwhelmed leaders with better tool to align them and their team.

You job will be key to this mission.

You will:

1. help leaders understand how our features can solve their real world problems.

2. learn to make videos that can compete with all the Generative AI tools coming out.

At Workjoy we want you to succeed. We take outset in your current skills and level them up based on our years of real-world experience. For each step we set clear goals and outlines and slowly grow your responsibilities. A outline of your responsibilities could take the form of:

1. Develop a framework for how great videos can be set up so we quickly can make new videos that look good.

2. Explainer videos demoing how key leadership features can be solved with video.

3. Once this is mastered you will get to develop our entire video universe.

The Hiring Process

1. First you apply to our internship here with a into video about yourself.

2. The best intros will be invited to a virtual coffee to see if there is a great cultural fit.

3. We only wan't to work with people thet truly want to work with us so the next step is fully up to you - do you want to continue after meeting us?

4. The final applicants will be selected form a short video test just to confirm that you have the basic skills.
