Position Overview

We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern with a passion for copywriting, social media engagement and growth hacking, to help us develop our new brand Soulcircus.io by building a strong online presence and engage with our target audience. 

Joining a close-knit team composed by a Digital Strategist, a Growth Manager, 3 Business Developers and a complete tech team, you'll collaborate closely with the CEO and Business Development team to shape our in-house projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

●      Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok LinkedIn), newsletter and website to build brand awareness, showcase our products and grow the number of users.

●      Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

●      Develop and execute social media campaigns and quizzes to drive user engagement and increase brand visibility.

●      Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.

●      Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.

●      Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives.

●      Research and identify influencers and partnerships for potential collaborations.

●      Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

●      Work in our Hubspot CRM and contribute to a positive customer experience.

●      Explore new potential markets for Soulcircus.io on a global level.

●      Participate in weekly sales & marketing meetings.

Basic Qualifications

●      Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or recently graduated).

●      Strong passion for social media and marketing, and a deep understanding of various platforms.

●      Strong personal interest in the wellness, holistic healing and/or personal development themes.

●      Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

●      Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

●      Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of Figma, Canva or similar tools is a plus).

●      Eagerness for startups and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Moreover, proficiency in additional languages like Swedish is considered a valuable asset.
