What is Munchi? 🍕

At Munchi, we believe in the transformative power of technology to redefine how restaurants operate. We are on a mission to empower restaurant owners around the world with the tools they need to compete in a digital-first era, and we are looking for 2 rockstar Marketing Interns to join our fast-growing startup.

Munchi is an AI-powered all-in-one sales and marketing solution that combines website and social media ordering, QR code ordering, marketing automation, and loyalty reward tools, all under a monthly subscription model. To date, we have partnered with over 70 restaurants in Finland and Estonia, and we are just getting started.

About the opportunity 😎

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic Marketing Interns to join our marketing team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative and creative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

As a Marketing Intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

This position will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies.

What you will do 🙌

• Help distribute and create marketing materials

• Help organize and plan company, partner and influencer events

• Manage and update the company database and influencer relationship management systems

• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, influencers, direct mail, and web)

• Prepare detailed promotional presentations

• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback

• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content

• Work together with the restaurants that partner with Munchi Studios to help them handle their social media, ads, and branding

What we are looking for 👀

• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms

• Has an eye for detail

• Ability to multitask and take initiative

• Hardworking and dedicated outlook

• Experience with content creation

• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Finnish is seen as a plus

• Must have a passion for marketing

• Loves pizzas 🍕

• Familiarity with marketing software and applications (e.g. Canva, Online Analytics, and Google Adwords) is a plus

• Living near the Helsinki metropolitan area is seen as a plus

Full-time and part-time positions available ✌️

Compensation 🤑

• This is an unpaid internship with the possibility to stay as a full-timer right after the internship

• Stock options and performance-based bonuses available for this position
