• You have a solid track record of designing and managing software products in production

• You are a versatile designer with a range of skills —product design, interaction design, and visual design— which enables us to deliver great experiences to our users and customers.

• You'll evolve and maintain our design system with love, and by doing so, significantly reduce our time needed to roll out new functionality

• You'll design beautiful workflows and interactions based on insights you and your colleagues extract from users

• You'll enable aha moments to our users by constantly reducing complexity

Our idea of what the recruitment process looks like

1. Screening call w/ Lauri (20min); you'll get an opportunity to ask any questions you may have

2. 1st interview w/ the team (60-90min)

3. Final interview (ca. 60min)

4. Reference check
