We are looking for an Estonian speaking Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Helsinki.


As a Estonian speaking Senior Customer Success Manager at Treamer, you will:

  • Grow your skills in the fast moving startup environment backed by CEO Peter, Finland Country Manager Eveliina and Estonia Country Manager Mihkel, working remotely but closely with the whole Treamer Estonia team

  • Support customers in Estonia as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our service, help resolving problems

  • Proactively look out for our customers’ business in Estonia and suggest ways to keep them succeeding with our service, reducing churn and increasing retention

  • Support the Estonia operations team by working closely with the product team for continous product discovery focusing on finding the best fit features for the Estonian market

  • Develop and manage the local operations Playbooks in Estonia with the target to scale the good fit models across all markets


For this role you will need:

  • Coachability and hunger for winning

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in proactive B2B customer outreach over different channels, most important phone and email

  • Focus on revenue generation and growth; driving account expansion via upselling, cross-selling, and New Business via referrals

  • Systematicity, ability to work several things at the same time

  • Startup mindset

  • Native or close Estonian and English, Russian is a great plus, Finnish too

  • Experience in staffing and recruitment market is a plus
