We are seeking a Client Success Manager to be part of the journey at Tango AML, a Fintech company specialized in developing financial systems for remittance industry. You will be part of an international team with great values, selling an innovative and booming product worldwide.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build a thorough understanding of our product, technology and be able to message these succinctly to customers.

• Working understanding of the software development life cycle and financial metrics.

• Knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the payments industry.

• This position will be responsible for developing new standardized processes to ensure top customer satisfaction and retention

• Translate complex product and business problems into simple and actionable solutions. 

• Be able to manage the solution process both with the client and with internal stakeholders. 

• Creation of project delivery process in close coordination with the business and tech teams.

• Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as we plan long-term expansion in the key markets.

• Work close to the Tango AML’s business and tech teams to proactively build, manage the project delivery from onboarding to final delivery and actively communicate the delivery progress to customers and internally. 

Education And Experience

• You have experience and a strong appetite for Fintech

• Knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the payments industry.

• Inspired by fast paced growth environments.

• You are rigorous, detail oriented, have great Tech understanding and strong project management skills 

• You thrive working with clients and internal stakeholders

• The ability to successfully work with C-level executives and business decision-makers
