Integrify is an international coding academy & tech company with a social mission at its heart. Since 2016, we have trained over 1000+ international tech talents across Europe and helped them kick-start their future-proof careers. In 2023 we embarked on an exciting journey to train technical university graduates of Saudi Arabia with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of software development.

Integrify was founded for the sole purpose of changing what’s next for people who deserve a shot at a better future through education. In practice, every time we successfully select, train, and connect a developer with a job – everyone involved wins.

We’re now looking for a supporting instructor to help change the lives of Saudi youth and train the next wave of developers at our 14-week program that starts in early February.  As an instructor, you’ll help developers at the beginning of their careers to advance their technical skills. You will provide world-class software development training that consists of live lectures, hands-on assignments, code review, and guided project work. Our education is aimed to simulate a real work-life experience as much as possible. 

During a typical week, you'll

• Support students and supervise them 

• Give feedback on pull requests and grade their work (individual assignments and project work)

• Prepare and give demo sessions

• Support main instructors of courses in any necessary way to ensure that the students have a great learning experience

What makes you a great candidate?

• You have proven experience in full stack development

• You are familiar with (most) of the focus area technologies in our curriculum, mainly: Javascript, Typescript, Redux, React, C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL server

• You are excited about helping people to learn

• You are good at explaining technical concepts to more junior developers

• You speak fluent English

• Previous experience of leading a team or teaching is a plus

The onboarding starts mid-January in Finland and the 14-week onsite program starts early February. The role is project-based with an opportunity to continue teaching future programs as well.
