Integrify is an international coding academy & tech company with a social mission at its heart. In 2023 we embarked on an exciting journey to train the technical university graduates of Saudi Arabia with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of software development.

We’re now looking for a (senior) instructor to help change the lives of Saudi youth and train the next wave of developers at our 14-week program that starts in early February. As an instructor, you’ll help developers at the beginning of their careers to advance their technical skills. You will provide world-class software development training that consists of live lectures, hands-on assignments, code review, and guided project work. Our education is aimed to simulate a real work-life experience as much as possible.
Provide daily training in a classroom by giving lectures, explaining technical concepts, and giving technical assignments and demo sessions
Supporting our students by providing feedback and mentoring and participating in code review
Helping students in team projects that simulate real work-life situations
Organize demo sessions and workshops
Focus on developing your own hard and soft skills through work and learning sessions
Work together with your supporting instructors and the student operations team to ensure our students are learning in a good phase
You have proven experience in full stack development
You are familiar with (most) of the focus area technologies in our curriculum, mainly: Javascript, Typescript, Redux, React, C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL server,
You are excited about helping people to learn
You are good at explaining technical concepts to more junior developers
You speak fluent English
Previous experience of leading a team or teaching is a plus

The onboarding starts mid-January in Finland and the 14-week onsite program starts early February. The role is project-based with an opportunity to continue teaching future programs as well.
