Now Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Are you a visionary technology leader eager to shape the future of XR experiences? We are looking for an innovative Chief Technology Officer to join Weave Reality. If you are passionate about technology, possess a diverse skill set, and are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of XR, we'd like to hear from you. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and a commitment to driving technological excellence within our innovative XR projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining technology and product strategy
Monitor XR-technology market trends
Define and scope research and development (R&D) on XR-platforms
Define and scope research and development (R&D) on AI and machine learning
Development for XR-platforms such as Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR) and Augmented Reality (AR) using frameworks such as Unity (C#), Unreal (C++) and visionOS.
Define and manage technology budgets, including goal/KPI setting, and performance metrics.
Communication with technology partners, vendors and company leadership.
