We’re looking for a Sales person, or conversion driven digital marketer, to join us on our mission to become the #1 service for freelancers to start and grow their business! 

In this role, your main goals will be to help our freelancers find jobs by: 

1. Getting companies to post jobs to our community

2. Providing sales training/support to the freelancers

3. Signing new clients and projects for our agency

   
   

Note that this is a commission based role (to start). However, you’re free to use any method you prefer, whether traditional sales methods such as phone, email, and direct outreach, or digital methods such as social media, social selling, SEO, SEM, and CRO. You’re also free to set your own schedule and hours. 

To be successful in the role, we believe that you: 

• Are sales and conversion focused 

• Love the freelance life and to help others grow and succeed

• Have experience from consulting/freelancing and an established network 

• Are not afraid of coming up with new ideas and trying new strategies

• Are confident in your ability to bring in new business

• Speak Swedish and English fluently

It’s also a bonus if you have an interest in business development in general, as this role may develop into a sales lead or commercial lead role for the right person as we grow.

• Location: Remote (initial focus on the Swedish market)

• Compensation: Commission based (to start), 20-50%
