We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Tech Lead at Proptly, a rapidly growing startup streamlining how businesses work with contractors.

About Proptly

Proptly is transforming the way businesses and contractors collaborate. Acting as a central hub, Proptly streamlines management of all orders, creating smoother, faster, and cheaper operations. We ensure businesses and their contractors are aligned, thereby enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Role and Team

Lead and manage a team comprising of four developers and one QA engineer.
Collaborate closely with the head of design and the design team.
Work closely with the Product Owner

Responsibilities

As Tech Lead at Proptly, you'll manage;

Day-to-day software development and decision-making
Uphold the balance between speed and code quality
Act as the liaison between business requirements and the technical team
Foster a positive environment to build great products for real people.
